Financing options

Installments

In the installment plan, you pay for the machine in the determined time period. The first and last installment is usually a larger one. Ownership of the machine is maintained by the financer until the financed amount has been paid for in whole. The installment option usually requires a down payment, which can be an existing forklift traded in, for example. 

Maintenance leasing

Maintenance leasing enables accurate anticipation and monitoring of costs. This leasing plan includes the leased equipment, its maintenance services and repairs, agreed amount of usage and the re-sale of the leased equipment. You don't need to worry about the re-sale value or selling the equipment after the leasing period. The typical duration of maintenance leasing is 3-5 years.

Open maintenance leasing

In addition to traditional maintenance leasing, open maintenance leasing is also an option. In this leasing plan, the customer is accountable for the risk of value depreciation. On the other hand, by carefully maintaining the leased equipment, the customer may entitled to rent compensation at the end of the leasing period.

Finance leasing

The finance leasing plan includes renting the equipment without any maintenance services. The absolute net rent remains constant throughout the leasing period. Maintenance costs consist of operating costs, regular services and repairs. The finance leasing option encourages careful use of the leased equipment as the customer is accountable for the re-sale value and selling the used equipment after the leasing period.
