PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Customer relationship or consent from the registered. Personal data is processed to maintain customer relationships and to deliver products and services stated in customer contracts. The data may be used for direct marketing purposes if the registered has given consent for such activities.​

First name, last name, job title/position in the company, phone number, address, email address, company or community contact information, content of an online store or other order.

DATA SOURCES

Registering as a customer by phone or email, shopping in the online store, contacting us via a form on the website or through the company's social media channels.

TRANSFER OF DATA

No data is transferred unless required for purposes mentioned in section 1. No data is transferred to 3rd countries or outside the EU / EEA unless required for purposes mentioned in section 1. Any transfers are processed in accordance to mechanisms stated in the GDPR legislation article 46.2

DATA STORAGE

The data is stored for a sufficient period, as obliged by law, after termination of the customer relationship unless the registered has withdrawn consent before the end of said period. All personal data is stored on computers or servers protected by passwords and firewalls. Only authorized personnel have access to the data.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject has the right to know, upon request, whether his or her personal data and a copy of the data processed are processed, the right to rectify or delete the data, the right to restrict or object to the processing.

REQUESTS FOR RECTIFICATION

Any requests for the viewing, rectification or deletion of data must be made in writing to the controller. The request may require identity verification. Requests shall be processed within a reasonable time, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the request.
